I loved that you said that relaxation techniques can help ease anxiety, and hypnotherapy can be included in this type of technique. One of my friends from high school told me that before she starts college, she would like to have some sessions of hypnotherapy in order to get her mind straight and prepare for her new adventure. I like that you mention that hypnotherapy could be extremely beneficial for those with anxiety since relaxation techniques are proven to ease anxiety. My younger brother has been struggling with anxiety for a while and is scared to go to college. I think before he goes, he should try and see if hypnotherapy can help him feel a bit better.
